Changing your mind If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don't want them after all, you have the following 7 working days in which to notify us that you want a refund. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of this notification. This will include what we charged you for shipping the goods to you - but the cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility. The case must be returned within 30 days of your notification in a saleable condition (the Aquapac must come back as good as new, but don't worry about the packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.
