Gift Wrapping Service
How much does the gift wrapping service cost?The cost of the gift wrapping service is £3.50 per order. We offer Silver, Ivory, and Gold coloured gift boxes, but please bear in mind that if you order a larger sized item, or multiple cases, your gift may arrive in a different coloured box to the one you selected.
How do I get the cases gift wrapped?To request gift wrapping of your order go through the store selecting items and adding them to your basket as normal. Once you have finished, select View Basket to go to the checkout page. At the checkout you'll be prompted to select Gift Wrapping. Click the red text link which will take you to the Gift Wrapping service page where you can choose the gift wrapping you need and add a message for the recipient. Adding this to your basket will take you back to the checkout page where you can continue with your order.
Can I add a message to the gift?Yes you can. This can be done at the checkout stage once you've selected the Gift Wrapping option. You can type in a message up to 150 characters including spaces.
How will my order be gift wrapped?All the items you order including your message card will be placed into a gift box decorated with a bow. The package will be posted in a padded jiffy bag.
If you have ordered a Jumbo Whanganui case, a Seti case or more than one Peli Micro case™ these items will be wrapped in seasonal wrapping paper and decorated with a ribbon.
Can I send gifts to more than one address?As with normal orders the gift wrapping service is only available for delivery to one address per transaction. If you wish to send gifts to more that one address you need to go through the order process again.
Can I send gifts to an address outside the UK?Yes you can. Please note that the gift will be sent by regular airmail. If you would like a guaranteed postal service outside the UK please contact us at info@aquapac.net for a quotation.
