Aquapac is committed to doing its part to protect and preserve the environment. This is in the interest of protecting and preserving the Great Outdoors which we love and enjoy and for the benefit of both ourselves and of future generations.
We can all make a positive difference simply by thinking carefully before sending any waste to landfill.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE) have been put in place to ensure that at the end of its life cycle electrical and electronic equipment is recycled and treated in the best available way. They will help ensure the good health of us all and protect our environment.
What You Can Do to Help
If for whatever reason you want to dispose of the waterproof headphones you buy from us, don't trash them with the rest of your domestic waste but instead send them back to us for recycling. It's important that this type of waste is separated so that it can be treated and the hazardous elements removed.
Incidentally, you can easily identify WEEE waste by the symbol below which you should find on the packaging:
