Our CustomersWe seem to attract an unusual variety of customers! I suppose this is because our products have proven themselves useful for such a diverse range of activities, and to all sorts of different applications.
In the consumer market we see the most demand from paddlers (canoeists, kayakers), anglers, sailors and other recreational boaters. Though even more people buy them for their beach vacations and cruises, or just for hanging out by the pool.
We also have a fan base of parents who use certain of our cases to waterproof insulin pumps and cochlear implant processors. This allows their children to shower, bathe and swim - and therefore to live normal lives just like their luckier peers.
Business users of our products include hospitals, construction companies, offshore drilling rigs, forestry workers (e.g. the USDA Forest Service), electricity meter readers, and motorbike couriers.
Among professional users, Aquapacs are the protective cases of choice for coast guards, life guards, special forces (including the SAS and the US Navy Seals). Plus police, fire and emergency services the world over.
Our OEM PartnersIn addition to our own Aquapac-branded cases we also design and manufacture customized cases for a number of well-known 3rd-party brands including Helly Hansen, Motorola and Musto.

Last year we were honoured with the
Queen's Award for Innovation.
That followed a previous Queen's Award for Export Achievement.
At the end of the 1990s the Design Council selected our Aquaclip® sealing mechanism as a Millennium Product.
